About Us
Being in an intimate relationship can be one of the keenest human joys and one of the greatest sources of pain. With this in mind, in the early 1990's Don and Shirley Schaefer, who had been teaching couples in marriage principles, were led to do a work in the Fox Valley.

Understanding it is easier to teach principles of a good marriage before problems occur; the Schaefer's designed a program that educates couples in the importance of working on their marriages. This program teaches couples some of the most basic skills many relationships lack.

History
Over 13 years, thousands of couples have been blessed by what Knitting Hearts Together has done in the Fox Valley. They are building healthy relationships and strong families.

TV Shows
Our dinner nights, seminars and other events are taped and edited for TV programming. Cable access channels throughout the Fox Valley air these programs on Sunday mornings. Knitting Hearts Together has received many positive comments on how this program is helping marriages.
